Aleisa Petition for Landline

Aleisa residents would not have had to go through the daunting task of putting a signature petition together if SamoaTel had fulfilled its community service obligation to provide services to the area. For over eight years Aleisa residents have been asking for basic telephone services to no avail. SamoaTel has to date not been able to provide adequate reasons for its failure in this regard - nor a timetable for provision of such basic services.
