Breach of HomeZone Terms and Conditions
The terms  that were in effect at time of provisioning state that the call credit validity period is 60 days from when the account balance reaches zero. However, all HomeZone customers were forced to abide by the 60 days call credit validity period from top-up of minimum $30 Tala with no grace period (account suspended if no top-up every two months and no incoming calls period!).
With an additional monthly rental charge of $10 Tala a HomeZone customer in effect has been paying a minimum of $25 tala per month for an inferior service with multitudes of billing problems!

Note: the call credit validity period was changed to TWO YEARS and the monthly charge of $10 has been CANCELLED since new rates went into effect on 7 Oct 05! Prior to this rate and terms change SamoaTel has been breaching the prevailing Terms and Conditions.  This, in addition to incorrect and inconsistent rating (prepaid billing) as noted in following pages.
